The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) sent targeted notifications of interest to applicants who would be eligible for Ontario's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities (HCP) stream on December 19, 2022.
In a new Tech Draw conducted by the province's Express Entry Human Capital Priorities stream, Ontario has sent out 936 Notifications of Interest to people wanting to immigrate to Canada.

The invited applicants for the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) draw on December 19, 2022, received between 484 and 490 Express Entry Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) points.
Candidates must have submitted their Express Entry profiles in the previous 12 months.

- Candidates must be eligible for the FSWP or the CEC and maintain an active profile in the Federal Express Entry system.
- Have at least one year of full-time, or full-time equivalent, experience in a NOC occupation level 0, A, or B within the last five years if applying through the FSWP, or within the last three years if applying through the CEC.
- Possess a qualification at least comparable to a Canadian Bachelor's degree.
- Display language proficiency at least at CLB/NCLC level 7 in either English or French.
- A determination to live in Ontario.
- Having a legal right to live in Canada, if applicable.
- Verification of the settlement funds is needed.
