A total of 249 applicants were invited to apply out of which there were 155 LAAs for Skilled Workers in Manitoba with a minimum score of 771; while International Education Stream issued 46 LAAs with no mention of the minimum score. Whereas Skilled workers Overseas invited 48 applicants with a minimum score of 703 and 36 LAAs were issued to candidates who had valid Express Entry profile numbers and job seeker validation codes.

2. If you haven't received a Letter of Advice to Apply despite having a score higher than the applicant with the lowest ranking, there are a few possible explanations.
As you indicated in your EOI, you took an approved third-party language test to demonstrate your proficiency in English or French, but you failed to include a valid Test Number or the test has expired;
