A staggering 1,179 invitations were delivered today by OINP Draw (Ontario PNP) to Express Entry profiles in the Human Capital Priorities Stream with CRS cut-off scores of 496 or higher in 6 Tech vocations. In comparison to the previous draw in February 2022, this draw sent 406 more invitations.
In the six NOC codes indicated below, this draw took into account Express Entry profiles produced between September 28, 2021, and September 28, 2022:

This year, the Ontario PNP has so far sent invitations to 10,621 Express Entry profiles under the three main streams listed below:
- Human Capital Priorities stream – 3,076
- French-Speaking Skilled Worker stream – 1,379
- Skilled Trades stream – 6,166

Tech draw
The OINP will comb through the Express Entry pool looking for applicants who might:
- the Human Capital Priorities Stream's requirements
- possess professional experience in a particular National Occupational Classification (NOC) code
- You will get a Notification of Interest (NOI) on your IRCC online account if we find you in the pool. Receiving an NOI does not guarantee that you will be accepted into one of our streams. It is your responsibility to check the program guidelines to make sure you qualify.
You must have a profile in the Federal Skilled Worker or Canada Experience Class categories of Express Entry in order to be eligible for the Ontario PNP Human Capital Priorities Stream.
- You must possess a degree that is equivalent to a Canadian bachelor's, master's, or PhD.
- A CLB language proficiency score of 7 or above.
- When you relocate to Canada, you must have enough money to sustain yourself and any dependent family members.
- If you are awarded the permanent residency, you must intend to dwell in Ontario.

The Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) Express Entry pool is routinely searched by the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) to find candidates who might be eligible for one of Ontario's Express Entry immigration streams.

How to Use:
If you won an invitation from OINP in today's lottery, you can apply by going to the following page. Email invitations are also sent, and it's possible that they'll appear automatically in the Express Entry profiles of chosen applicants. After receiving the invitation, invited profiles have 45 days to submit an application for provincial nomination.
