Saskatchewan PNP invites 35 applicants in the Latest SINP Draw - Aptech Visa

In the latest draw conducted by Saskatchewan PNP on the 8th of November, 2022 Saskatchewan invited 35 candidates from three major categories - Express Entry, Occupation in Demand, and Candidates from Ukraine.

On November 8, a new SINP draw was held.

Saskatchewan welcomed 10 candidates under the Express Entry subcategory in the most recent SINP-International Skilled Worker (ISW) Category draw, while 21 ITAs were referred to the OID (Occupation in Demand) subcategory. The lowest-scoring applicant for the Saskatchewan PNP received 69 points in each of the two well-liked areas.

In addition, as a specific response to the continuing war, the province sent 4 invitations to the Candidates whose current place of residency is Ukraine.

What are the eligibility requirements for SINP?

  • In order to be qualified to apply for the SINP a candidate must:

  • A minimum of 60 points out of a possible 110 on the SINP point evaluation grid

  • Must provide proof of their legal status if they are currently residing in Canada;

  • It is necessary to present language test results from a licensed testing organization that match the language proficiency level for the occupation in-demand category -minimum CLB 4

  • Must have successfully completed at least one year of post-secondary training or education that is comparable to Canada's educational system and must have led to the awarding of a degree, diploma, or certificate;

  • Need to have a certain amount of work experience in a profession that isn't on the Saskatchewan Excluded Occupations List. The following is the bare minimum for work experience:

  • 1 year of work experience in a skilled profession (other than a trade) within the last 10 years; 2 years of work experience in a skilled trade within the last 5 years; or 12 months of work experience in Canada within the last 3 years (skilled tradespeople and skilled professionals)
  • The employment experience you've indicated must be in the field of your post-secondary degree or training.
  • Your work experience must be relevant to both your education and job.
  • To find out if your work has specific SINP education requirements, check the requirements related to professional status or licensure section of the SINP website.

  • You might need to provide proof of your professional status or your ability to obtain a license in order to do your job.

  • A settlement strategy and proof of sufficient settlement money are required.
