Uncover an easy way to immigrate to Saskatchewan

Saskatchewan has one of the fastest-growing economies and populations in the country, primarily to the influx of immigrants worldwide.

Saskatchewan is one of Western Canada's Northwest Territories. Agriculture and critical natural resource sectors such as forestry and fisheries are the mainstays of the country's economy. In addition, it is home to two major cities, Saskatoon and Regina, and extensive stretches of untouched wilderness.

Every year, the province welcomes between 3,000 and 4,000 newcomers. But now the immigration number has now risen to 15,000 people. This is especially noteworthy given Saskatchewan's population of little over 1 million people. As a result, the province is one of Canada's most favored newcomer destinations.

Overview of the Saskatchewan PNP

The Saskatchewan Provincial Nominee Program (SINP) was formally known as a program in 1998. It was introduced to satisfy the province's economic and labour market needs in Saskatchewan through immigration.

The provincial initiative in Saskatchewan has been an enormous success. The SINP was used by seven out of ten newcomers to the province. Newcomers have a high employment rate in the province, around 76 percent. Over 85% of newcomers choose to stay in Saskatchewan, indicating strong retention rates.

Saskatchewan is a favored newcomer destination. Saskatchewan's PNP program is known for being an "easy PNP." This could be due to the wide range of immigration alternatives available to applicants.

Saskatchewan has a base sub-category as well as an upgraded sub-category. Saskatchewan Express Entry is the improved sub-category within the International Skilled Worker Category.

The term "enhanced" refers to the sub-alignment categories with the Express Entry system, which the federal government uses to manage permanent residence applications submitted through the country's three main economic class immigration programs.

The Express Entry system uses the Comprehensive Ranking System to assign a point score to a candidate (CRS). The highest-ranking candidates are invited to apply for permanent residency during an Express Entry lottery.

If you are nominated through an upgraded provincial program, you will receive an additional 600 CRS points, effectively ensuring that you will receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence. If you are selected then your nomination is sent to you via your Express Entry profile.

Saskatchewan Immigration Streams:

If you are planning to immigrate to Saskatchewan, then you have these options to choose from:

1.     Saskatchewan Express Entry

·        International Skilled Worker Category

·        Occupation in Demand

For Express Entry and Occupations In-Demand sub-categories, Saskatchewan uses an Expression of Interest (EOI).

To fill the application for your Saskatchewan PNP you must first submit your EOI using the SINP Apply Online platform, where you will be required to complete a form. The information you provide on the form will determine your eligibility and it must be correct and accurate.

To become eligible in the EOI pool, you must score 60 out of 110 on the EOI Points Grid. The EOI Points Grid evaluates you based on five criteria: education and training, skilled work experience, language ability, age, and ties to the Saskatchewan labour market, as well as adaptability.

If you secured an excellent CRS score, you would be invited to participate in an EOI draw. Saskatchewan frequently issued the Saskatchewan PNP draw. The recent draw of Saskatchewan PNP went on 87 cut-offs. So, those who have scored more than that will receive the invitation for visa application.
