BC PNP Extends Invitation For Targeted NOC’s And General Draw

The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) held its weekly round of invites on April 19, 2022. One for Skills Immigration (SI) and the other for Express Entry BC, the province staged two draws (EEBC). The SIM and EEBC streams sent invitations to the Skilled Worker, International Graduate, Entry Level, and Semi-Skilled subcategories.

147 BC immigration hopefuls were encouraged to apply for a provincial nomination, which included a tech occupation, in the general draw. While 20 invites were distributed for the targeted NOC for Childcare: Early Childhood Educators and Assistants (NOC 4214), 7 invites were distributed for Healthcare professionals, and less than 5 invites were distributed for other key occupations (NOCs 3114, 3213).

The majority of the invitations were distributed by a random drawing. Candidates with scores ranging from 77 to 125 received invitations, depending on the program for which they were eligible. Candidates in targeted occupation categories needed to score at least 70 minimum scores.

During the pandemic, British Columbia sent out separate invitations for these two jobs twice a month. These separate drawings are being held due to the significant number of candidates from specific labor market sectors who have registered in the province's Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS).

To attract professionals from all over the world, the British Provincial Candidate Program was formed. Skilled immigration and Express Entry are the two well-known streams of the BC PNP.

The pattern of the BC PNP is well-defined. To get started, you must first create an account and complete all of the essential fields. Calculate the focus by taking into account a range of factors such as age, work experience, and teaching skill, among others.

Before applying to the BC PNP for a Canada migration, you must first apply to Immigration, Refugees, Citizenship, and Immigration Canada (IRCC). Instead of deliberating, fill out Aptech Visa's free online evaluation form.
