Canada immigration process - Settle in Canada in 6 Months

Before jumping into the topic, we should know that there are two methods to apply for a Canada visa, you would require to applying through one of the points-based immigration programs of Canada, i.e.

1. EXPRESS ENTRY

The express entry method is the fastest way to enter Canada. It is used to manage PR (Permanent Residency) applications for three economic class immigration programs:

Canadian Experience Class

Federal Skilled Worker Program

Federal Skilled Trades Program

All the three applications have a point-based grading system - including age, job offer, adaptability, language, education, and last, is work experience. Applicants receive the points based on a Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS). 

First, you must create an Express Entry profile for which the following documents are required

Passport or travel document,

Educational credential assessment report

Language test results

Provincial nomination (if you have one)

Proof of work experience, certificate of qualification.

Proof of funds

If your Express Entry profile is accepted, an Invitation to apply is awarded to the candidates with the highest scores in the pool. Then you get into the pool of candidates. Applicants scoring equal or above cut-off are awarded an invitation to the application (ITA). Though a job offer is not compulsory it increases points.

After this, you will be ranked in the Express Entry pool using a point-based system. When our application went further for the surveillance, then you will have 90 days to submit your application for permanent residence.

The Canada PNP (Provincial Nominee Program) is a decisive step to immigrate to Canada. The people, who desire to locate in a specific province, then they can apply through PNP Canada programs. To decide about the provinces for permanent residents Canada's federal government collaborates with IRCC (Immigration Citizenship Refugee Canada).

After deciding the province you can enroll yourself for PNP through Aptech.

After receiving the ITA then you have to submit your document within 60 days with a PNP fee.

Then your application will be reviewed and after that, you will get a Nomination letter. 

Based on the nomination, you can apply for Permanent Residency in Canada to IRCC (Immigration, Refugee Citizenship Canada).

On receipt of the application, IRCC usually does the formalities, i.e. verification of a candidate's medical and character certifications.
