Australia conducted latest Expression of Interest SkillSelect invitation round results on 11th April 2019 for General Skilled Migration Programs- General Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 and Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489. In this current draw a total of 110 invitations were issued.
Out of 110 ITAs, 100 applicants received invitation to apply through Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 with 80 immigration points and other 10 applicants received invitations under Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 with 80 immigration points.
A tie-break rule was applied in this draw where the applicants who submitted their profiles for Australia Skilled Independent Visa Subclass 189 in the EOI pool before 15th March 2019, 09:40 AM were given ITAs. Additionally, Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 break-even time and date was 12th October 2018 at 06:31 AM. This means profiles that were in the EOI pool before the said date and time were invited in this EOI Australia SkillSelect draw.
The 11th April 2019 invitation draw results saw that:
- Only 49 ITAs were given under skilled independent visa subclass 189 and 6 ITAs were given under Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 at 80 immigration points
- 31 ITAs were given under skilled independent visa subclass 189 at 85 immigration points and less than 5 ITAs were given under Australia Skilled Regional Provisional Visa Subclass 489 at 85 immigration points
- 16 ITAs were given under skilled independent visa subclass 189 at 90 immigration points
- Less than 5 ITAs were given under skilled independent visa subclass 189 at 95 immigration points
