Quebec Judge Ordered Processing of Pending 18,000 Skilled Worker Program

In the recent on-going battle of Quebec pending skilled worker program applications, the superior court judge has ordered the provincial government to continue processing a backlog of around 18,000 pending applications to the Quebec Skilled Worker Program that the government was planning to cancel.
