The immigration pass points have been increased due to increase in competition of skilled workers and Australia is in no mood to invite the average workers. They want highly skilled and qualified workers who can contribute towards the growing economy of Australia.
In this way, Australian immigration department is able to skimmed workers who want to come and settle in Australia. Although, with increase in immigration pass points, applicants are still getting invitation to apply with 75 and above points, hence, getting 65 points does not guarantee you the permanent residence of Australia.
In order to receive ITA from Australian government, you should try to score 75 and more because of the latest invitation round results. The applicants are receiving ITA with immigration score of 75 and above.
