The latest
Express Entry Draw held on 25th of April, issued Invitation To Apply
(ITA) to 3,500 applicants. These applicants can now apply for Permanent
Residency in Canada.
The cut-off
at which invites are issued is Comprehensive Ranking Score of 441 points. Out
of the eight draws conducted in the year 2018, this is the lowest cut-off
threshold so far.
The previous
draw conducted on 11th of April, was conducted art Comprehensive
Ranking Score of 444, three point above than the latest draw.
The lower
cut-off can be seen as an effect of Canada’s Multi-year Immigration targets
(2018-2020), which aims at inviting about 1 million new immigrants. The plan
further strategies to invite skilled workers through its three economic
immigration streams of- Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP), Federal Skilled
Trades Program (FSTP), Canadian Experience Class (CEC) as well as its
Provincial Nomination Program(s) which has variety of immigration streams and
