Immigration South Australia Closes Subclass 132/188 Application Temporarily

South Australia Immigration has implemented the certain changes to its immigration procedure which are effective on an immediate basis. Business Talent Visa 132 and Business Innovation and Investment (Provisional) subclass 188, both of them being a state nominated visas are temporarily closed as Immigration SA has exceeded the number of places available by the Department of Home Affairs.

These subclasses are expected to get re-open by late March/ early April 2018.

Also, the applicants who had started their application form but not completed or submitted to the Immigration SA, will now be no longer able to access.

Additionally, the submitted applications will be processed as per the stated processing time and in sync with the priority processing arrangements.

However, there are no changes made to the subclass 892/893/888/405, they are unaffected by the above closure and can be submitted online.
