✅ Business Immigration Program Ontario

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program offers a variety of alternatives, some of which are based streams and others of which are enhanced streams. The ones that work with the Express Entry system, a Federal Immigration program that oversees Canada's three main economic immigration intakes, are enhanced.

Candidates must file an Expression of Interest in order to be considered for provincial nomination under the OINP. According to the results of the Ontario PNP points calculator and the information in the EOI. Candidates who receive nominations through this improved stream are given 600 points in the CRS automatically, effectively ensuring that they will receive an invitation to apply for permanent residence in Canada.

Base streams and Express Entry are not compatible. Candidates must submit a direct application to Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada in order to immigrate under one (IRCC).

A bimonthly draw is held to distribute ITAs to qualified applicants under the OINP.
