A new BC PNP draw has requested participation from experts in the sectors of technology, childcare, and healthcare. The weekly round draw for the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) was held on June 21st, 2022. Invitations to the draw were extended to the subcategories of Semi-Skilled, Entry Level, and Skilled Worker International Graduate.
101 immigrants from British Columbia were urged to enter the targeted draw and compete for a provincial nomination in the IT area. For the targeted NOC for Childcare: Early Childhood Educators and Assistants, a total of 14 nominations were submitted; however, 10 invitations were issued to healthcare workers.

- A strong desire to reside, work and establish oneself somewhere.
The BC PNP will regularly send invitations to those in the registration pool to apply for the program. ITAs are built using the data provided in registrations. The registration data will be used to rank, choose, and extend invitations to those most likely to satisfy BC's economic and labor market demands based on one or more of the following criteria:
Strategic priorities are elements that support government experimental programs and activities or that address specific labor market demands in British Columbia. Invitations can be sent to specific individuals. Invitations can be changed to achieve particular goals of the BC government, such as helping particular economic sectors, boosting regional immigration, assisting with strategic pilot projects, and maintaining the integrity of the program.
Based on the data provided in their registrations, candidates will be ranked, chosen, and invited who are most likely to meet the economic and labor market demands of British Columbia. A minimum score of 85 was needed to enter the IT worker draw, while a minimum score of 60 was needed to enter the healthcare and childcare worker draws.

The BC PNP has formally published an invitation for new IT immigration and other NOC on June 21st, 2022, which is fantastic news for IT, healthcare, and childcare employees interested in PR in Canada. With a focus on foreign IT employees, this program will improve the present streams for skilled workers, seasoned experts, and entrepreneurs.

Concerning BC PNP Tech
A labor market assessment that identified access to talent as the largest challenge confronting BC's technology sector led to the establishment of the BC PNP Tech in May 2017 as a pilot project. BC made the project a permanent program as a result of its success. In contrast to other BC PNP streams, BC PNP Tech job offers must be for a minimum of one year, with at least 120 days remaining at the time of BC PNP application. Additionally, it must be full-time and from a province-wide qualifying employer.
The top-scoring applicants who satisfy the eligibility conditions receive weekly invitations through the province's tech program.
A complete application must be submitted by candidates who have been invited to seek a provincial nomination. Most tech applications will be approved in two to three months after this is finished.
Candidates who are accepted will be given a nomination confirmation from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) that they can use to apply for permanent residence under the Provincial Nominee Program Class.
PNP applicants have a very excellent probability of earning an Invitation to Apply (ITA) for permanent residence through the Express Entry system because they immediately receive 600 points for their Comprehensive Ranking System score.
