Manitoba PNP Issued 426 LAAs On 12 October, 2021

 On October 12, 2021 Manitoba PNP draws issued in the province of Manitoba Total of 426 Letters of Advice or the LAAs to the MPNP candidates. The invitations were issued for the three Manitoba immigration streams, Skilled Worker in Manitoba, International Education Stream and the Skilled Worker Overseas.

For individual stream the letters of advice issued for skilled workers in Manitobais 350 for the MPNP. The minimum cut-off score for skilled workers to be issued is 446. Candidates who indicated in their profile that they are working in a regulated occupation and are fully licensed to work in Manitoba have been selected in this draw.

In order to get invited under the stream the candidates must have a highly competitive profile.

1. Candidates have only been considered for Expressions of Interest from Skilled Worker in Manitoba if they:
   • Are directly invited by the MPNP under a Strategic Recruitment initiative; 
   • Havejob seeker validation code and an IRCC Express Entry ID.
   • The candidates will only be eligible to receive a nomination if the Express Entry profile is valid at the time of the application assessment.


2. If you have not received an Letter of Advice to Apply whenyou’reclearing the cut-off or your score is higher than that of the lowest-ranked candidate, then this could be because:
   • have not provided a valid Test Numberin your EOI for the language ability in English/French, or your language test is no longer valid.
   • Did not provide a valid Invitation Numberfor Invitation to Apply to the MPNP under a Strategic Initiative 

21 LAAs is issued for the Skilled Workers Overseas category of the Manitoba PNP and the lowest ranking score for this is 729. The number of LAA for International Education Stream to be issued is 55 but the minimum cut-off score is for the stream is not mentioned. The stream focuses on the international and overseas foreign nationals with relevant work experience and who can demonstrate strong ties with the province of Manitoba such as a relative living in the province or prior work experience etc.

Of the total 426 LAAs issued in this draw, 84 were issued to the applicants who had a valid Express Entry profile and a valid Job seeker code.
