Step 1: Go through English Proficiency Test:

Step 3: Registration of CIC account:
In this step, you are needed to have a CIC account for submitting your application for the category of Express entry. It will enable to send any application form, may it be for work permit, study visa or PR Visa.
Step 4: Fill the Application for Express Entry category PR Visa:
By using the code, you are provided during eligibility test, you will be able to create a new form through your account. For keeping the record, you might go through your score after submission of application form.
Step 5: Registration of Job Bank and your Express Entry Applications Validation to migrate to Canada:

Step 9: Move to Canada:
A Canadian PR visa would not be issued until you move to Canada and go through Canada Immigration and Border Control successfully. If you are nominated by a specific province, you would be needed to show the interest at that level and require filling some paper work.
If you are not nominated by any of province from Canada, you can choose the province as per your choice. The card would be taken about 3 months for getting your PR.
Step 10: Apply for Canadian Citizenship:
It is not mandatory. The candidate will be eligible to stay in Canada after 4 years of living there by your Canadian PR.
