The province of Manitoba conducted a new Expression of Interest Draw on 9th May 2019 under Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program (MPNP) inviting applicants through various MPNP programs. This current draw invited 170 applicants for provincial nomination out of 15 LAAs were issued to the applicants having a valid express entry profile and job seeker validation code. The other LAAs were issued to 101 applicants through skilled workers in Manitoba stream having lowest ranking score 569. Also, the draw invited 52 skilled workers overseas having the lowest score of 616 and above through strategic recruitment initiative. The MPNP stream International Education Stream applicants also received 17 LAAs. The total of 4,071 invitations has been issued by the province so far.
The Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programs are for the migrants willing to come and settle in the province on a permanent basis. If an applicant is interested to apply through MPNP, they are required to submit an Expression of Interest profile by mentioning key points that will reward the applicants EOI score. The highest ranking applicant is then invited to apply for MPNP.
