To get additional score, you are required to get PTE 65/PTE 79 to claim 10 and 20 additional points respectively.
Talking about the year2018, the high are your language factor points, the better chances to get good score. With 20 points that is IELTS 8/PTE 79 points you have good chances of receiving invitation from the Australian government provided you meet the other requirements as well.
