Can PTE score be submitted after applying for Australia PR?

No, you can not apply for Australia PR unless and until you clear your PTE exams. However, at the initial stage of skill assessment, some accessing body may require language proficiency report after skill assessment report.
As you may know, Australian immigration policy works on point bases system that is to score the minimum of 60 points depending on your qualification, work experience, age, language requirement and other factors. Also, Australia is the English spoken country, therefore, DIBP allows those applicants who are having basic English Language eligibility.
Therefore English language proficiency test is the key factor to apply for Australia PR. If you are planning to give PTE for your Australia, then you must at least score 50 marks to apply for PR. However, you will not get any points for scoring 50 marks. If you score 65 points in all modules of reading, writing, speaking, and listening each, you will get 10 points for English exams. Scoring more than 79 marks will give you 20 points that boost up your total immigration score.
