Immigration New Zealand has been notified of a new wave of scam phone calls from individuals claiming to be Immigration staff.
Callers, posing as Immigration staff tell the person they have broken the law which breaches their visa conditions, and threatens that if they don’t pay money immediately they will have to go to court and face further fees.
